Children of Christmas by Cynthia Rylant

With all the excitement of Christmas season generated by decorations and advertisements, this collection of short stories evokes thoughtful contemplation of the symbols and personalities at Christmas. From the story of the bag lady to the small mountain boy who looked forward to the Christmas train, these stories paint pictures of the spirit of the season, and yes, some may provoke tears.

I love the way you have your blog setup. That is what I want to do with my library when I get the chance. I think the students would get a kick out of reading and giving their opinions on books they read. You did a great job.

I think you have done a great job with your blog. This is what I want to create for the high school but also let them give feedback on the books they have read.
